Employment contract through the Dual Vocational Training Program for: young people aged 18 to 29; individuals aged 30 or over at risk of exclusion (social services certification required); long-term unemployed persons aged 45 or over; or victims of gender-based violence (certified). Start date: March 2026, duration: 12 months. Training and employment contract alternating between work and training, including 35% training hours at CP Level 1 in Auxiliary Administrative Operations and 65% effective working hours in one of the departments of the Pere Tarrés Foundation, located in Barcelona. The general competence of this qualification is to distribute, reproduce and transmit information and documentation required for internal and external administrative and management tasks, as well as to carry out basic data and document verification procedures upon request from higher-level technicians, effectively and in accordance with established instructions or procedures. It also includes managing administrative operations related to the commercial field, supporting sales and after-sales processes, preparing and managing administrative and commercial documentation, using standard computer tools and management applications, improving customer service and internal and external communication. * Experience: 6 months. Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar position. * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \-Basic technological competence in using digital tools \-Good linguistic competence in correctly spoken and written Spanish, and Catalan at minimum A2 level, with commitment to acquire oral and written competences throughout the contract. \-Training hours are delivered in Catalan. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Full-time working schedule * Gross monthly salary from '780' to '850' * Additional relevant information: The salary is calculated based on the proportional share of effective working time, which accounts for 65% (of a full-time schedule), i.e., 4 hours, while training is conducted in parallel.
