Procedures with public entities and subsidy management The role involves managing daily administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of several neighborhood communities in Madrid. Key responsibilities include providing direct support to property owners, addressing their questions and concerns in a responsive and approachable manner. You will also handle accounting duties, including preparation of annual financial statements and detailed tracking of community fee collections. Additionally, you will carry out routine administrative procedures with entities such as EMVS, the municipal council, and various subsidy programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with sector-specific software such as Gefincas is required. This is a permanent part-time position, with an annual gross salary ranging from €8,000 to €8,990.
