




**Sagrada Familia Clinic**, a subsidiary of the business holding **Echevarne Group**, operating in the Health sector and offering its services in the fields of Care, Diagnosis, and Prevention, and providing each patient with personalized, comprehensive, professional, efficient, warm, and close attention, seeks to hire an **Administrative Assistant for Procurement**. **Responsibilities:** * Requesting, receiving, and comparing supplier quotations. * Issuing, tracking, and archiving purchase orders. * Coordinating with suppliers regarding delivery deadlines, incidents, and returns. * Controlling and verifying delivery notes and invoices, ensuring their correct accounting. * Maintaining and updating supplier and product databases. Requirements: * We seek a candidate with a Medium or Higher Vocational Qualification related to finance or healthcare documentation. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Prior experience in similar roles within healthcare facilities. We offer: * 6-month internship contract (mandatory completion of a degree related to this position within the last 3 years). * 4-hour afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. * Salary according to collective agreement, approximately €700/month.
