At Sernet Social, we are selecting an Administrative Assistant to join our Operations Department at our headquarters in Sant Just Desvern. We seek a technical and methodical profile with high agility in resolving daily unforeseen incidents and proven experience in data management. As this is a Special Employment Center (SEC), it is mandatory to hold an official Disability Certificate of 33% or higher.
Schedule Management and Optimization: Organization, updating, and monitoring of work schedules. Data Monitoring: Continuous entry, updating, and recording of data in the company's computer system.
* 2 years of experience. Demonstrable experience of 1–2 years is required in general administration, logistics, or service management departments, performing tasks involving numerical data control (e.g., staff rosters, review of work reports, delivery notes, or support in payroll preparation). Proven experience in customer attention and management via email (drafting corporate emails) and autonomous resolution of daily incidents is essential. Meticulous profiles accustomed to dynamic environments and with fluent proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be prioritized.

* Competencies / Knowledge: Attention to detail / Numerical rigor: Essential to ensure accurate data entry into rosters and correct payroll processing. Organization and planning: Crucial for structuring routes, monitoring delivery notes, and archiving work reports. Problem solving / Incident management: Key to reacting swiftly and autonomously when an operator fails to report early in the morning. Digital communication / Corporate writing: Necessary for daily professional and fluent email management with clients. Digital competence (Microsoft Excel and email): The primary technical tool underpinning all operational control for this position.

* Part-time (6 hours \- daily working hours)
* Additional relevant information: This position is on-site at our headquarters in Sant Just Desvern. We seek a candidate residing in Barcelona or the Baix Llobregat area, with convenient access to the workplace. We offer job stability through a permanent protected employment promotion contract, with a part-time schedule of 30 weekly hours. Working hours will be intensive mornings, to be scheduled within the time slots (8:00–14:00 or 9:00–15:00), Monday to Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. As this is a Special Employment Center (SEC), it is mandatory to submit or verify an official valid Disability Certificate of 33% or higher for the application to be considered in this selection process.
