We seek an organized and efficient individual to manage and process files, prepare and review documentation, and handle customer inquiries. The selected candidate will collaborate with the team to ensure administrative processes are carried out swiftly and accurately. **Work Mode:** On-site (Barcelona) **Working Hours:** Full-time **Start Date:** Immediate or within 15 days **Category:** Administration / Training **Education Level:** Vocational Training (Medium or Higher Level) Main Responsibilities: * Managing and requesting documentation. * Reviewing, validating, renaming, and archiving documents. * Administrative follow-up of files. * Communicating with customers. * Resolving incidents and answering questions. * Preparing and updating internal administrative documentation. Minimum Requirements: * Experience in administrative tasks. * Ability to prepare and review documentation accurately. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and client/student orientation. * Proficiency in office software (especially **Excel** and **Word**). * Problem-solving attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
