




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to perform customer service, document management, and accounting-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. In-person and telephone customer service 2. Order, delivery note, and invoice management 3. Receivables, payments, and accounting collaboration * Customer service both in person and by telephone. * Inputting customer orders, generating delivery notes and invoices. * Inputting and monitoring supplier invoices. * Monthly preparation of issued and received invoices for submission to external accounting firm. * Monitoring receivables and payments. * Maintaining customer and supplier databases. * Inputting and maintaining product data and pricing. * Collaborating with the external accounting firm on accounting control.
