




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support administrative management, public service, and coordination of tasks related to animals and clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for foster care, adoptions, and volunteers Within the Services Department of the Entrem Group, we are looking for a person to fill a temporary position as Administrative Assistant: **Main duties to be performed:** * Carry out the administrative management of the CAAD service. * Public service. * Provide overall administrative support to the Mancomunitat. * Coordinate animal collections. * Telephone and in-person client service for individuals wishing to foster or adopt, as well as for volunteers. * Data entry of animal registration records into the computer system. * Preparation of documentation required for fostering or adoption procedures. * Document management and archiving. * Receiving supplies from vendors. * Internal communication management with operators via internal intercom systems. * Management and coordination of interventions in cat colonies **Requirements:** * Valuable (non-exclusive) qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate in Administration and Finance (CFGM) * Prior experience in a similar position is valued (minimum one year) * Proficiency in office software is essential * Driver’s license and personal vehicle (recommended) **Skills and competencies:** * Responsibility and professional rigor * Teamwork * Communication * Ability to work under pressure Type of position: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €1,341.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Optional teleworking Work location: On-site employment
