If you are proactive, enjoy challenges, and have experience in administrative and procurement tasks, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities:** Organize and manage documentation, emails, and phone calls. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. Coordinate and follow up on administrative activities. Manage databases and electronic records. **What We Are Looking For:** Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration and Finance or equivalent. At least one year of experience in similar positions. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
