




**We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to strengthen our Technical Services team.** Your mission will be to provide administrative and documentation support to the department, ensuring proper registration and tracking of internal processes, and contributing to efficient and organized operations. What will you do upon joining the team? * Invoice management and registration on internal platforms. * Control and filing of delivery notes. * Updating data in management systems. * Preparing reports and tracking documentation. * Supporting general administrative tasks within the department. * Handling telephone inquiries and coordinating with suppliers and other departments. What do we value in this position? * Vocational Training Certificate at Intermediate or Advanced Level in Administration or similar field. * At least 1 year of experience in the role. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word) and experience with management systems.
