




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to handle public inquiries, manage appointments, process complaints and billing, and ensure order at the reception area. Maintaining order and appearance in common areas We are looking for a candidate for an administrative position in Málaga. Key responsibilities include direct interaction with the public and coordinating appointments and meeting room bookings for the sales team. The selected candidate will also be responsible for handling complaints, billing, social vouchers, and resolving incidents. Additionally, they must maintain order and presentable conditions in the reception area and common areas. This is a full-time position, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours from Monday to Friday, on a split shift. Working hours fall between 09:00 and 18:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 6 months of prior experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is considered an advantage.
