Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients and medical professionals. Process insurance claims, manage invoices, and keep track of payments. Manage documents, file, organize, and maintain clinical and administrative documentation. Place supply orders, manage inventory, and coordinate office equipment maintenance. Provide support to medical staff and assist with scheduling tests and ordering medical supplies. Enter and process data into the clinic's computer system. Ensure compliance with privacy procedures and data protection regulations. Communication skills, empathy, and frustration tolerance when interacting with patients and families.
