Therefore, we are seeking an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** who wants to develop their career in an organized, close-knit environment and play a key role within the **Administration and Finance area.** **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** * Provide daily support to the accounting department. * Management and monitoring of receivables and payables portfolios. * Daily recording of bank transactions and execution of bank reconciliations. * Support in tax preparation. * Accounting for amortizations. * Timely registration of supplier invoices. * Management and filing of documentation, primarily in digital format. * Collaboration in preparing monthly and annual closings, as well as in the preparation of monthly reports related to your area. * Support in general department tasks: email management, phone calls, and other administrative duties assigned. * Occasional collaboration in audit processes or other internal reviews. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, or equivalent qualification. * Previous experience in administration/accounting (approximately 2\-3 years). * We also value junior profiles with high learning capacity and vocation for the financial area. * Good command of Excel (intermediate level) and experience using any ERP system. * Solid accounting knowledge and strong organizational skills. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** * Proactive, organized person with great attention to detail. * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Clear communication and teamwork skills. * Problem-solving attitude and focus on internal customer service. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Joining a stable company, a leader in the environmental sector. * Stable position at our central offices in Alberic. * Onboarding plan and ongoing support to master tools and procedures. * Close working environment with a senior team ready to support your development. * Opportunities for internal progression within the administrative area.
