




We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide support to the Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, and Occupational Risk Prevention departments. Tasks include handling phone calls from clients and suppliers, recording work reports, filing documentation, and other duties typical of the position. Applicants must have administrative knowledge and be proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and being organized and proactive are essential. Previous experience in a similar role will be valued, as well as intermediate-level vocational training in Administrative Management or higher education in Administration and Finance. The offered contract is temporary and full-time, covering a maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of continuation at the end of this period. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 13:30. Salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
