




Job Summary: We are seeking administrative and accounting staff to handle various office tasks, customer service, and coordination, supporting the company's daily operations. Key Highlights: 1. Working hours from Monday to Friday We are looking for administrative and accounting personnel for a company located in Algemesí, Valencia. Responsibilities include customer service, invoicing, managing receivables and payments, controlling delivery notes and commercial expenses, assisting with accounting, document archiving, and coordinating with external accountants regarding employee onboarding, payroll, and vacation management. Additional duties include organizing business trips, insurance, telecommunications, managing the company vehicle fleet and office supplies, as well as supporting daily administrative tasks. Candidates must have training in Administration or Accounting, basic accounting knowledge, intermediate Excel skills (preferred), and be organized, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow. We offer a stable position with an internal development plan, a positive work environment, working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:00–17:00 and Friday 8:00–14:00, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
