




Job Summary: We are seeking an active, solution-oriented, and versatile Administrative Assistant with strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and initiative to manage diverse tasks. A fixed-term discontinuous contract is offered initially through a temporary employment agency (ETT), with direct incorporation into the company starting from the third month. Working hours are split: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00 (with a one-hour lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00\), and Fridays, 7:00–15:00\. Annual gross salary is €18,463.50 (€10.53/hour). The role requires an active, solution-oriented, and versatile individual with strong telephone communication skills, organizational capability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Initiative and basic proficiency in administrative tools such as Excel or ERP are essential.
