Positive work environment and professional development At Travel Vending Spain, S.L.U., we seek to hire an **Administrative Assistant** who will support the administrative and Human Resources departments, collaborating in the company's daily operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Administrative support to the Human Resources department (filing, document management, assistance with onboarding/offboarding, etc.). * Management and control of delivery notes. * Processing and tracking of purchase orders to suppliers. * Organization and maintenance of administrative documentation. * General support to management. **Requirements** * Education in Administration, Administrative Management, or related field. * Prior experience in an administrative role (preferred). * Proficient use of office software (Excel, Word, email). * Organized, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills. * Personal vehicle. **Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing company. * Permanent contract (30 hours/week).
