JOB OFFERING – COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (VITORIA – JUNDIZ) **Location:** Vitoria\-Gasteiz (Jundiz Industrial Park) **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** 8:00–13:00 and 15:30–18:30 **Salary:** €20\.000 gross/year Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a candidate to join our administrative\-commercial team with clearly defined responsibilities: * Customer order management * Telephone and email support * Quotation preparation * Customer follow-up (primarily B2B) Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum **2 years of experience** in an administrative or similar role * Valid **driver’s license and personal vehicle** (location is in an industrial park) * Intermediate level of **office software proficiency** (Excel, email, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in commercial environments or B2B customer service * Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Sage 200 What Are We Looking For?
