Administrative support staff are required for the industrial sector. Primary responsibilities include supervising and controlling material and product inventory to ensure continuous availability. Additionally, the role involves proper management and archiving of all department-generated documentation, ensuring impeccable organization. Another key task is monthly invoice preparation, a process requiring maximum accuracy and attention to detail. The candidate will also handle customer inquiries and requests via email and telephone, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times. A Higher Vocational Training qualification in Administration or a related field is required, along with proven prior experience in similar administrative roles. Initiative, eagerness to continue learning, and a generally positive attitude are highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential requirements. Knowledge or experience in agricultural business administration is considered a plus, though not mandatory. Vocational training in Administration or a related field. Prior experience in a similar position (minimum 2 years). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Teamwork capability. Proactivity and strong work ethic.
