




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to support documentation management for Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) and coordination of business activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. PRL documentation management and organization. 2. Support in coordination of business activities. 3. We seek an organized, methodical, and solution-oriented person. We are looking for a person to perform administrative support tasks at a logistics company located in Mejorada del Campo. The main responsibility is to manage, organize, and archive all documentation related to Occupational Risk Prevention, including risk assessments, training records, and safety data sheets, as well as tracking mandatory training. Support will also be provided for coordination of business activities, which involves managing the sending and receipt of relevant preventive documentation. The position is temporary, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday on a split shift, between 08:00 and 17:00, always including daily breaks established by law. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * We seek an organized, methodical, and solution-oriented person. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing duties similar to those described. * Administration.
