Comprehensive management of training, medical examinations, and personal protective equipment We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Labor and Administration Department. The main responsibilities of this position include supporting technical staff by performing the following functions: \- Management of selection and recruitment processes: analysis of staffing needs, posting job vacancies, and initial screening of received candidate profiles. \- Preparation of worker reports for payroll processing, in coordination with our external advisory firm. \- Handling prevention platforms as well as other site-related documentation. \- Allocation of expenses to work orders and projects. \- Worker expense control. \- Management of worker training, medical examinations, personal protective equipment, travel, and accommodation, among others. Knowledge of accounting and/or taxation is considered an advantage.
