A high level of English (minimum B2 or C1) is essential to conduct fluent telephone and written conversations. Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, as well as office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), is also required. Vocational training (CFGM or CFGS) in Administration is mandatory. Relevant experience is desirable. A temporary contract of 3 months through a temporary employment agency (ETT) is offered, followed by direct incorporation into the company; gross monthly salary of 2\.016 euros; working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Under the supervision of the Administration Manager, responsibilities include: Managing and organizing administrative documentation; handling telephone inquiries from customers and suppliers; daily use of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) * 6 months’ experience in administrative tasks * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * English (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level), capable of conducting fluent telephone and written conversations; proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; strong computer skills; organized, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented individual; eagerness for professional growth * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2016 * Additional relevant information: Initial 3-month contract via ETT, followed by incorporation into the company.
