We are looking for personnel for the position of administrative assistant and telephone operator in Arroyomolinos (Madrid). Main responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails. The candidate will also manage appointments, organize schedules, and prepare basic budgets and reports. In addition, the candidate will perform document filing and control relevant documentation to ensure smooth departmental operations. Proficiency in computer tools and a clear willingness to learn enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are required. An indefinite contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:30, and Fridays from 09:00 to 15:00\. Remuneration will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
