




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to support administrative tasks, procurement, document management, customer and supplier service, invoice registration, and accounting support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support in administrative and procurement tasks. 2. Management of physical and digital documentation, preparation of reports. 3. Customer and supplier service, accounting and IT support. We need a person for an administrative assistant position in Torrejón de Ardoz. Main responsibilities will include supporting administrative and procurement tasks. This includes managing and organizing both physical and digital documentation, as well as preparing and reviewing reports and files. The role also involves customer and supplier service, invoice and expense registration, and providing support in accounting and IT management. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift. Working hours will be between 08:30 and 18:00, including applicable statutory breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role. * We seek a proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable.
