




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to support administrative and procurement tasks, manage documentation, prepare reports, handle customer and supplier communications, and provide accounting and IT support. Main responsibilities will include providing administrative and procurement support. This covers managing and organizing both physical and digital documentation, as well as preparing and reviewing reports and files. The role will also involve handling customer and supplier communications, registering invoices and expenses, and providing accounting and IT management support. The contract is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, morning shift. Working hours will be between 08:30 and 18:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * We seek a proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable.
