




Position Summary: We are seeking administrative support staff for the Valdealgorfa City Council, with responsibilities including public service, document management, and support for the Mayor’s Office/Secretariat. Key Points: 1. Administrative support to the Valdealgorfa City Council 2. Public service and document management 3. Support for accounting, treasury, and mayoral tasks Staff are sought to provide administrative support at the Valdealgorfa City Council. Main duties will include direct public service, document management, and registration of incoming and outgoing documents. Support will also be required for accounting and treasury tasks, as well as routine use of office software and digital platforms. Support will be provided for tasks assigned by the Mayor’s Office or Municipal Secretariat. Candidates must hold a Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) diploma and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word), telematic platforms, the Cadastre Electronic Headquarters, electronic signature, and digital document management. This is a temporary part-time position of 30 hours per week, scheduled in the morning from 09:00 to 15:00\.
