We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills due to increased administrative responsibilities. **Main Responsibilities** * File management, coordination, and organization. * Preparation of lifeguard staff shift schedules. * Resolution of staff-related issues. * Monitoring of on-site attendance at workplaces. * Support in the recruitment process (posting job offers, screening CVs, scheduling interviews). * Maintenance and updating of personnel databases. * Responding to employee inquiries (in person, by phone, and via email). * Monitoring of timekeeping records and establishing sequences. **Requirements** * Education in Administration and Finance or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). * HR management knowledge is desirable. * Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail. **Offered** * Temporary contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00\. * Salary according to collective agreement. * Professional and dynamic work environment.
