On this occasion, we wish to welcome an Administrative Assistant with German language proficiency to join our central offices in Playa del Inglés on a part-time basis (25 hours per week). If selected, your responsibilities will include: - Managing, filtering, and handling both oral and written communications (email, regular mail, telephone, etc.) - Organizing schedules, events, meetings, travel arrangements, and other tasks assigned by management - Receiving external visitors and performing public-facing duties - Drafting documents, presentations, Excel files, or any other required format - Managing, archiving, and processing various documents and data, as well as other basic administrative tasks - Coordinating communication with other company departments Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management or equivalent; or Higher Vocational Training qualification - Previous experience of 1–3 years in a similar role - Advanced German language proficiency (C1 level or native) - Availability to work part-time (25 hours per week) - Immediate availability to start - Prior experience in the hospitality sector is desirable Offer: - Permanent contract - Part-time position (25 hours per week) - Opportunity to join an internationally recognized company - Professional development - Positive work environment Employment type: Part-time, Permanent contract Scheduled hours: 25.0 per week Work location: On-site employment
