




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for an insurance brokerage with experience in customer service, commercial acquisition, claims management, policy administration, and basic accounting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and commercial acquisition 2. End-to-end claims and policy management 3. Basic accounting handling and overdue payment management Administrative Assistant at an Insurance Brokerage. Receiving and making calls and providing customer service. Commercial acquisition. Initiating claims, tracking progress, and resolving complaints. Recording policies, receipts, and claims; updating client data. Basic accounting tasks, payment batches, overdue payments, and collections. Proficiency in the brokerage’s management software is mandatory.
