Responsibilities include warehouse management, order and delivery note processing, invoicing, and multi-channel customer service. The initial contract is temporary for three months, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position thereafter. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 18:00, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00\. During summer, from June 15 to September 15, intensive working hours apply from 8:00 to 15:00\. The monthly gross salary for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is €2,208, and for the summer schedule of 35 hours, it is €1,932. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Education in Administration and Finance. * Strong verbal communication skills and empathy toward customers. * Prior experience in the functions described above. * Proactive and initiative-driven individual capable of resolving incidents. * Personal vehicle.
