Currently, we are looking for a dynamic, organized, and socially committed individual to join us as an Administrative Assistant / Donation Coordinator. Manage clothing donation requests from schools and companies. Coordinate with donors and the logistics team regarding the receipt of donations and associated processes. Receive and manage donation requests (by phone and email). Identify and assess the type of donation. Register and maintain up-to-date donor records in our systems (a3ERP). Coordinate logistics for donation collection. Issue donation certificates (in-kind and tax-related). Validate requirements for tax deductions. Manage related documentation (invoices, delivery notes, certificates). Coordinate with intermediary entities (e.g., Caritas). Prepare monthly textile collection reports. Validate data and identify incidents within the donation process. * Experience: 1 year. Minimum one year of experience in administrative tasks. Additional training: ERP knowledge (a3ERP will be valued). * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Mig) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Organization and planning: Manage multiple administrative processes and coordinate various stakeholders. Clear and empathetic communication: Effectively interact with donors, internal teams, and external entities. Teamwork: Collaborate with logistics and other departments within the organization. Problem-solving ability: Promptly and efficiently detect and resolve issues. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1466 * Other relevant information: Flexible working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00, with possibility of adjusting working hours to better balance personal and professional life.
