




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to manage warranties, claims, and invoicing, serving as a liaison between repair shops, beneficiaries, and the company. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of warranties, claims, and invoicing. 2. Key interaction with repair shops, dealerships, and beneficiaries. 3. Job stability in an organized and dynamic role. Job Responsibilities: \- Registration of warranties in the proprietary management system (a very simple application). \- Receipt and handling of emails. \- Claims (Breakdowns) Handling: Receiving breakdown reports from repair shops, verifying documentation, opening files in the proprietary management system, processing, tracking, and resolution. \- Recording of invoices for authorized repairs and general expenses in the proprietary management system. \- Telephone support and coordination: Dealerships, sales/purchase departments, repair shops, and warranty beneficiaries. \- Document Management: Archiving and control of documentation. Professional experience in managing mechanical repair shops or dealerships, basic mechanical knowledge, proficiency with management software, and prior experience in similar positions will be highly valued. We seek an organized, methodical, dynamic individual with strong communication skills, as this role serves as the liaison among warranty beneficiaries, repair shops, and the warranty company.
