




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting / Administrative Assistant to support the daily client management at a tax, accounting, and labor advisory firm. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in an environment with increased workload during tax periods **Accounting / Administrative Assistant – Advisory Firm in Moncloa (Madrid)** A tax, accounting, and labor advisory firm located in Moncloa (Madrid) is looking to hire an **Accounting / Administrative Assistant** to support daily client management. **Responsibilities:** * Invoice accounting using A3 and Inmatic software * Bookkeeping in accordance with the Spanish General Chart of Accounts * General administrative tasks * Receipt and organization of documentation * Preparation of applications and related documentation **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 08:00–14:00 * Two afternoons per week until 17:30 * Extended working hours until 19:30 during tax campaigns (January, April, July, and October) **Requirements:** * Knowledge of the Spanish General Chart of Accounts * Experience in invoice accounting * Administrative\-accounting profile * Basic proficiency in Excel and PDF. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with A3ECO or other accounting software * Experience in advisory services We seek an organized, responsible individual capable of working effectively in environments with high workload during tax periods.
