Main responsibilities include managing both physical and digital documentation while maintaining up-to-date records. Daily tasks will include answering phone calls and receiving visitors, acting as the primary point of contact. The role also involves archiving documents, supporting billing-related tasks, and performing other essential administrative duties required for daily operations. Organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills are highly valued. A temporary part-time contract is offered, with salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
