Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome through the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people — another success story we will write together. **What are we looking for?** Currently, Babel is seeking a **senior specialist profile in Storage and Backup.** **Responsibilities:** * The primary mission of this role is to ensure the proper **operation, maintenance, and evolution of storage and backup platforms**, guaranteeing their availability, performance, and compliance with defined service levels. * **Management, monitoring, and optimization of storage infrastructure**, ensuring performance and availability. * Administration of backup platforms, including **policy management, backup verification, restoration**, and data integrity control. * **Incident and problem management related to storage and backup platforms**, participating in the analysis and resolution of complex issues. * Execution of maintenance tasks, including **upgrades, patching, and platform evolution.** * Specialized technical support to other operations and infrastructure teams on storage and data protection matters. * **Preparation of technical and status reports** for platforms, covering capacity, performance, and backup policy compliance. * Participation in initiatives for technological improvement and evolution of storage and data protection platforms. **Requirements:** * Proven experience administering enterprise storage platforms, preferably in Dell EMC, NetApp, or Hitachi environments. * Experience with backup platforms, primarily Commvault and Veeam. * Additional knowledge of Avamar is desirable. * Experience in N2 operations or managed services environments, preferably in multi-client settings. * Knowledge or experience in cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure), especially regarding storage and backup services, is desirable. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
