Click here. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** At BL, we are growing and seeking to hire an Account Manager to strengthen our commercial team in the Central/Northern region. You will join an established Commercial Directorate, with Managers and Account Managers distributed nationwide, united by a common goal: driving growth, nurturing our customers, and delivering exceptional experiences. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the public sector. * Manage the end-to-end sales cycle of our SaaS solutions: prospecting, consultative analysis, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing. * Conduct presentations, functional demos, site visits, and actively follow up on proposals. * Identify needs within the installed base and promote cross\-selling of the BL portfolio. * Accompany, advise, and guide customers and prospects throughout the entire process. * Stay updated on our solutions, competitors, and trends in the public sector (including the intricacies of public procurement!). * Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and daily activities in CRM (Salesforce) and collaborative tools. * Participate in tenders and administrative processes in accordance with our internal procedures. * If you’re experienced in managing long, complex sales cycles, you’ll feel right at home. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Minimum Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree. Experience: At least 3 years in commercial roles, ideally involving SaaS sales. Solid knowledge in: * Sales management and negotiation. * Consultative selling and results orientation. * Management software solutions and their implementation. * Proposal writing and preparation. * Strong customer orientation and ability to build long-term relationships. * Willingness to travel when required. ✨ Additionally, the following will be highly valued: * Specific knowledge of the Public Sector. * Additional training in sales techniques. * Prior experience selling management solutions to Public Administrations. **WHAT WILL YOUR FUTURE TEAM BE LIKE?** You will join a dynamic and collaborative team.
