At UNIR, Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, we are hiring Educational Mentors to work in Logroño, supporting our students throughout their online learning experience. Where is this position located? This is an on-site position in Logroño (La Rioja). A great opportunity if you are considering relocating from Seville to join a solid and growing company. What will be your objective? To guide and support students throughout their academic journey, boosting their motivation and contributing to a positive academic experience. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor students throughout their academic journey. * Provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. * Serve as a liaison between students and faculty. * Assist with academic and administrative procedures. You will play a key role in shaping the student experience within the university. Candidate Profile: * Minimum qualification: Higher vocational training or university degree. * Proficiency in digital tools. * Strong communication skills and student-centered orientation. * Residence in Logroño or willingness to relocate. What do we offer? * Full-time or part-time employment contract. **On-site working hours:** **Full-time:** * Monday–Thursday: 10:00–15:00 and 16:00–19:30 * Three Fridays per month: 10:30–14:30 * One Friday per month on a split shift **Part-time:** * Monday–Friday: 15:00–21:00 * Hybrid model after the first six months. * Annual incentives. * Continuous training and professional development. * Collaborative work environment. * 26 working days of vacation + 4 personal days + 16 additional hours. * 80% tuition discount for studies at UNIR. * Employee discount portal.
