We are looking for a Senior ABAP Developer to join one of Spain’s largest service organizations — a company with tens of thousands of professionals and a strong commitment to technological innovation. You will join at a particularly significant moment: the evolution and modernization of corporate HR systems through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, actively participating in a project with real impact across the entire organization. You will be part of the team responsible for developing and evolving the company’s SAP systems. Your main responsibilities will include: ✅ Developing programs, reports, interfaces, and functionalities in ABAP. ✅ Designing and maintaining object-oriented developments (ABAP OO). ✅ Integrating SAP with other corporate systems via IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services. ✅ Participating in implementation, migration, and technological evolution projects. ✅ Developing enhancements and customizations across various SAP modules. ✅ Collaborating with functional and business teams to translate real-world needs into efficient technological solutions. ✅ Participating in testing, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of developments. We seek a candidate with strong technical vision, analytical capability, and experience working in complex SAP environments. Mandatory Requirements ✔ University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. ✔ Solid hands-on experience developing in ABAP. ✔ Advanced knowledge of classic ABAP and ABAP OO. ✔ Experience integrating SAP systems. ✔ Ability to work on large-scale, high-criticality projects. Highly Desirable * Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors. * Participation in HR transformation projects or migrations from other platforms. * Knowledge of SAP modules related to Human Resources.
