You will be responsible for leading center activities, coordinating the team, ensuring service quality, and contributing to operational and commercial results. Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive training on our procedures, tools, and working model. What will be your mission? Coordinate daily center activities, planning services and resources. Lead, develop, and support the team. Ensure compliance with technical, administrative, quality, and safety procedures. Guarantee an excellent customer experience. Analyze key performance indicators and propose improvements. Manage administrative tasks related to services, insurance companies, and warehouse operations. Support technical tasks when required. Identify commercial opportunities. Maintain workshop order, safety, and smooth operation. What are we looking for? Experience leading teams or managing centers, workshops, stores, or operations. Customer- and quality-oriented mindset. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Leadership and people development abilities. Ability to resolve incidents and make decisions. Results-driven attitude. Responsibility and commitment to safety. Valid driver’s license. Experience in automotive, workshops, retail , operations, or customer-facing environments will be valued.
