With a strong commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology, Dingli has established itself as one of the world’s top manufacturers of aerial work platforms. **About the Role:** As a Service Technician at Dingli, you will be responsible for providing technical support and after-sales service for our EWP products. Your duties will include telephone technical support, fault diagnosis, machinery repairs, warranty claim management, and spare parts processing. **Responsibilities:** * Perform field and workshop maintenance and repairs on EWP and Material Handling products. * Resolve any warranty-related issues and communicate problems that may hinder repair completion. * Provide product technical support to Dingli employees, customer representatives, and equipment operators. * Support Dingli’s AWP customer base by traveling to sites to deliver sales and equipment repair services. * Continuously develop skills, licenses, and qualifications required to fulfill job responsibilities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a service technician in the mechanical or related industry. * Familiarity with equipment rental companies is an advantage. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. * Strong understanding of customer dynamics and ability to manage multiple requests. * Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. * Permanent and unrestricted right to work in the respective country.
