What will your responsibilities be? * Deliver energetic and professional directed Crosstraining classes. * Acquire new members and advise potential customers. * Conduct guided gym tours. * Identify client needs and offer the best membership option. * Retain our members by providing excellent service. * Collaborate in organizing and energizing events and commercial initiatives. We are looking for someone who... * Is passionate about sports and functional training. * Has experience teaching Crosstraining or similar disciplines. * Enjoys interacting with people and has a sales orientation. * Is proactive, solution-oriented, and initiative-driven. * Works well in a team and conveys positive energy. * Has prior experience in customer service or sales (valued). Requirements * Education related to physical activity (e.g., TSEAS, CAFYD, or equivalent) or certifications for teaching Crosstraining. * Commercial experience is valued. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
