Due to increased activity, we are looking for a **Quality Assurance** professional based in **Parets del Vallès, Barcelona**. As part of the team, you will be responsible for **ensuring compliance with the quality management system**, guaranteeing that processes and products meet internal, regulatory and customer requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with the Thales Quality Management System and standards. * Manage internal and external non-conformities, performing root cause analysis and tracking corrective and preventive actions. * Support internal and external audits and ensure closure of actions. * Participate in identification and management of quality risks. * Collaborate with operational teams to continuously improve processes. **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality or related field. * Prior experience in a Quality Assurance role within an industrial or operational environment. * Knowledge of the **ISO 9001** standard. * Fluent **Spanish** and **advanced English**. * Analytical skills, attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in industrial or regulated environments. * Knowledge of **IATF 16949**, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC or MSA. * Experience conducting internal or customer audits. * Proficiency with data analysis tools (Power BI, Minitab). * Ability to work cross-functionally across different departments. **What We Offer?** * Flexible compensation (meal vouchers and social benefits including childcare support, training, etc.) * Life insurance * Partially subsidized health insurance * Various work-life balance services * Savings club * Opportunity to join a global leader in cybersecurity and digital identity. * Dynamic industrial environment with a strong culture of safety and sustainability. * Professional development opportunities within Thales.
