Job Summary: Telpark is seeking an ORA Controller to supervise compliance with regulated parking regulations, assist citizens, and perform basic equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and enforcement of regulated parking regulations (ORA) 2. Assisting and informing citizens about the service 3. Telpark needs to fill an ORA Controller position, working rotating morning/afternoon shifts and occasionally some weekends. The selected candidate will join the Vigo team and will be responsible for customer service, administrative support to the Manager of the city's four car parks, and basic maintenance tasks... ### **Position Details:** * Employment Type: Full-time (100%). * Standard Working Hours: + Monday to Friday: 09:00–14:00 and 16:30–20:00. + Saturdays: 09:00–14:00. + Sundays and public holidays: Off-duty during blue zone service hours. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and enforce compliance with regulated parking regulations (ORA) in assigned zones. * Verify proper use of valid tickets and detect potential violations. * Issue corresponding citations in accordance with established procedures and current regulations. * Assist and inform citizens regarding service operation, tariffs, operating hours, and regulated parking regulations. * Monitor proper functioning of ticket vending machines and other equipment associated with the service. * Perform basic maintenance and resolve incidents related to ticket vending machines, reporting malfunctions requiring specialized intervention.
