Multidisciplinary teamwork and agile environment **About the Team** ------------------- We are looking for a **Low-Code Developer – Power Platform** to join the **Glintt Next** team, the business line of **Glintt Global** specialized in digital transformation. You will join a multidisciplinary team involved in strategic initiatives for **process digitalization and automation** at the **Bank of Spain**, developing solutions based on **low-code platforms**, with a primary focus on **Microsoft Power Apps**. As a **Low-Code Developer**, your day-to-day work will center on the **design, development, evolution, and maintenance of applications**, collaborating closely with functional and technical profiles in an agile and continuous improvement environment. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** ---------------------------- * Analyze **functional requirements** and collaborate on defining technical solutions based on **Power Platform**. * Design and develop **low-code applications** using **Power Apps**, aimed at improving internal processes and operational efficiency. * Participate in the **deployment, evolution, and maintenance** of developed solutions, incorporating new features and enhancements. * Collaborate on **integrating applications** with other corporate systems and tools. * Perform **evolutionary and corrective support** tasks for already-deployed applications. * Participate in **proof-of-concept activities**, continuous improvement, and adoption of new capabilities within the low-code ecosystem. * Work under **agile methodologies**, as part of multidisciplinary teams aligned with digital transformation goals. **How Do We Envision You?** ------------------------ * At least 2 years of experience developing applications using **low-code technologies**, especially **Microsoft Power Apps**. * Ability to understand business processes and **translate functional needs into effective technical solutions**. * Comfortable working in teams, collaborative environments, and value-driven delivery contexts. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to grow within high-impact projects. **Who Are We?** ------------------- We are **Glintt Global**, a leading consulting and technology services firm in the Iberian Peninsula, with over 30 years of experience.
