A company in the machinery rental sector is seeking to fill the position of Logistics Assistant to support the expansion of its facilities in Torrent. Your main responsibilities will be: **Main Responsibilities:** **Planning and Control** * Schedule and confirm with customers loading and unloading points. * Track **routes, deliveries, and pickups**, ensuring proper execution of freight operations. * **Record all machinery entries and exits** in the ERP system and in the logistics template. * Update in the system the **drivers’ and vehicles’ documentation** (licenses, insurance policies, inspections, ITV certificates, etc.). * **Fleet management**: maintenance, cleaning, inspections, ITV, and truck condition. * Coordinate **inter-branch movements** (Alberic, Torrent, Alicante, Zaragoza). **Documentation and Administrative Management** * Scan, file, and verify **logistics documentation** (route sheets, delivery notes, transport reports). * Verify **route sheets**, **APP screenshots**, **diesel fuel receipts**, **incidents**, and **false freight charges**. * Update and safeguard **digital and physical archives** for freight and vehicles. * Monitor logistics incidents and report them to the relevant departments. **Communication** * Answer customer calls to confirm schedules, locations, or incidents. * Direct communication with drivers and the commercial department regarding delivery or return status. * Coordinate with internal and external workshops for inspections or repairs. **Requirements and Knowledge** * Training in **logistics, transportation, or administration** (Vocational Training Program or equivalent). * Minimum **2 years of experience in traffic management or operational logistics**. * Proficiency in **Excel**, logistics ERP systems, email, and collaborative tools. * Knowledge of national routes, types of machinery, and transport regulations. * Training at the central offices in Alberic for 1 to 3 months.
