Job Summary: We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer with a \ Key Highlights: 1. You will build tools and systems from scratch that drive growth. 2. Description We are seeking a **Data Platform Engineer** who wants to build, from scratch, the tools that will drive real growth for a tech company in full scaling mode. ? This is not your typical backend role. Here, you will design the systems that explain how the business grows: from **user attribution** to **data unification** and **campaign optimization**. ? **What will you do?** You will work closely with the marketing team to translate business needs into real systems. You will have **full ownership** of what you build: technical decisions, architecture, and platform evolution. Some examples of what you’ll do: * Build key internal tools for growth * Design proprietary measurement and attribution systems * Create deep linking solutions * Unify and process data from multiple sources (especially mobile) * Define data architectures and pipelines * Build simple interfaces for non-technical teams ? **What are we looking for?** A **builder** profile — comfortable building from scratch and moving fluidly across backend, data, and product. **Experience** * Prior experience developing internal products or data tooling * Background in environments where data is critical to the business * Experience building systems from scratch **Stack & skills** * Data architecture / data products * Infrastructure (Terraform or similar) * Solid backend development (Go preferred, but flexible) * Data pipelines and processing * Analytical ability and algorithmic thinking **Mindset** * High autonomy (a “make it happen” profile) * Product mindset * Focus on impact, not just code ? **Why is this role different?** You won’t maintain systems — **you’ll build them from scratch** You won’t work in isolation — **you’ll directly impact revenue** You won’t rely solely on external tools — **you’ll build your own solutions** This is a real opportunity to build a **data-driven growth machine**. ? **What we offer** * ?
