The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong quality orientation, sound technical decision-making ability, and experience with modern architectures. **Responsibilities** * Lead the development of high-performance backend services and APIs. * Design and implement architectures based on microservices, event-driven patterns, and DDD principles. * Make key technical decisions and propose continuous improvements. * Conduct code reviews, define best practices, and guide the team in their adoption. * Optimize PL/SQL queries and ensure application performance. * Collaborate with agile teams, actively participating in ceremonies and continuous integration processes. * Mentor junior developers and foster a learning-oriented environment. REQUIREMENTS **Technical Requirements** * 5\+ years of backend development experience with **Java (v8, v11, v17\)**. * Proficiency in **Spring Framework 3\.0\.6**, **Spring Boot**, **Hibernate**, **JPA 1\.0\.0**. * Advanced experience with **PL/SQL**, query optimization, and relational databases. * Experience with **Maven**, **GitHub**, or **Subversion**. * Knowledge of DevOps tools: **Jenkins**, **Selenium**, among others. * Experience with application servers: **Tomcat**, **WebSphere**, **JBoss**, **WebLogic**. * Experience with **Apache** or **nginx**. * Proven experience designing and implementing modern backend architectures. **Particularly Valued** * Application of **SOLID** principles and **Hexagonal Architecture**. * Experience in testing and continuous integration. * Work with **legacy code** and refactoring techniques. * Experience with **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and **OpenShift**. * Knowledge of **TypeScript**, **Python**, **Node.js**, or advanced DDD. * Ability to design and review complex architectures. * Familiarity with **.NET**. * Written and spoken Catalan (level C). * Experience with **Geographic Information Systems (GIS)**.
