We accommodate approximately **45 guests**, and we are committed to building a professional, close-knit team eager to grow. **Who We’re Looking For:** We are seeking **Extra Waitstaff** to join our team and primarily support us during **high-volume services, weekends, and peak activity periods**. We seek individuals with **front-of-house experience**, a positive attitude, and the ability to integrate quickly into our team. It is essential to feel comfortable working in a restaurant that delivers attentive yet approachable service, maintaining a steady pace even during the busiest moments. We especially value interest in **gastronomy, natural wines, and customer service**. **Nice to have:** * **Experience:** Prior experience as waitstaff, preferably in quality restaurants. * **Languages:** Good command of **Spanish and English**.
