**Location:** Madrid **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Openings:** 2 **Start Date:** Immediate **Salary:** Up to €47,000 gross per year **Working Hours:** 42 hours/week from September to June and 30 hours/week in July and August **English Language Requirement:** Minimum B2 ### **Description** We are seeking **2 Senior Backend Developer profiles** to join an international project within the **Financial Markets / Accounting** area, participating in the identification, development, and maintenance of **Tier 2 enhancements** for an improvement project in Germany. The selected candidate will primarily work with **PL/SQL**, engaging in financial, accounting, and reporting processes, as well as in development, testing, documentation, and post-production support phases. ### **Requirements** **Functional Experience:** * More than **4 years of experience** as a Backend Developer. * Demonstrable experience in **Treasury and derivatives products**, especially: * IRS * CCS * IFN * FRA * C\&F * OTC * Experience in financial, accounting, and/or financial markets processes. **Mandatory Technical Skills:** * Solid experience in **PL/SQL**. * Knowledge and experience working with **Linux**. * Experience with **Jira**. * Experience with **GitHub**. * Experience with **Control\-M**. * English language proficiency at **minimum B2 level**. **Desirable:** * Experience with **Java / Spring Boot**. * Familiarity with the **Sigom** framework. * Experience applying **AI in development tools**. * Prior experience in international projects. ### **Responsibilities** * Identify **Tier 2 changes** within the enhancement project in Germany. * Prepare the change **backlog** and requirements documentation. * Develop and test Tier 2 financial processes. * Develop and test Tier 2 accounting processes. * Develop and test reporting processes. * Review technical test results and **UAT** outcomes. * Produce technical and functional documentation for the project and its maintenance. * Participate in **post-production and support (babysitting)** tasks. * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure solution quality and proper evolution. ### **Soft Skills** * Strong **communication and teamwork abilities**. * Responsibility and commitment. * Ability to work autonomously and result-oriented. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. ### **What We Offer?** * Stable, international project in the **Financial Markets** domain. * Immediate hiring. * **Hybrid work mode in Madrid**. * Salary up to **€47,000 gross per year**. * Flexible working hours by period: **42 hours/week from September to June and 30 hours/week in July and August**. * Opportunity to work with high-impact backend technologies and financial processes. ### **Location (Hybrid)
