In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for: \- Providing personalized customer service via telephone and other communication channels. \- Managing and resolving incidents, ensuring an excellent customer experience. \- Auditing and evaluating the quality of sales calls. \- Analyzing the validity of verbal contracts generated by the sales team. We are looking for someone who brings: \- Prior experience in customer service and administrative functions. \- Knowledge of the insurance sector is valued but not mandatory. \- Goal orientation, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills. Minimum requirements \- Previous experience in customer service and administrative tasks. \- Knowledge of the insurance market (desirable). \- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to interact effectively. \- Goal-oriented mindset. \- Ability to work collaboratively in a team. \- Ability to audit and evaluate the quality of sales interactions. \- Bilingual proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
