We are seeking a **Software Consultant** to join our team and participate in projects involving the implementation, configuration, and customer support for the use of our technological solutions. We seek a person capable of understanding customer needs, analyzing their business processes, and translating them into software-based solutions, while accompanying the customer throughout the entire implementation and evolution process of the tool. Fluency in **Portuguese** is an important requirement for this position, as you will interact with customers and/or projects from the Portuguese and Brazilian markets. Key responsibilities * Accompany the customer throughout the various project phases. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. * Train customer users and teams. * Address functional queries and track incidents. * Identify opportunities for improving and optimizing customer processes. * Coordinate with Development and Product teams to communicate functional requirements. * Prepare functional and project documentation. * Monitor project progress and milestone achievement. * Participate in meetings with national and international customers. * Support the Commercial team during pre-sales processes when required. * Travel to customer sites as required by the project. Required profile We seek a person with experience in **software consulting, ERP, or business processes**, customer-oriented, and capable of understanding both functional aspects and the capabilities of the tool. Requirements * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, ADE, or related field. * **2 to 4 years** of experience in software consulting, ERP, system implementation, or functional consulting. * Experience in business process analysis. * Ability to gather and analyze requirements. * Experience in direct customer interaction. * Fluent spoken and written Portuguese. * Fluent Spanish. * Residency in Sabadell or surrounding areas. * Willingness to travel Especially valued * ERP experience. * Experience in enterprise software implementation. * Experience in the **textile or apparel industry**. Salary: €3,000.00–€4,000.00 per month Work location: Hybrid remote work in Sabadell, Barcelona province
