REQUIREMENTS: \- Valid driver's license. \- Experience in a similar position. \- Residence in Getafe, Parla, or nearby areas. \- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. \- Specialized training in the construction sector (e.g., 20-hour PRL training). \- Valid documentation permitting legal employment in Spain. \- Knowledge of downspout dismantling and replacement will be considered a plus.
